I missed my first A win in the DMV last night by about 10 inches. I ran out of tarmac as I jumped 4 guys back going up the hill. Being the 1st loser always sucks. Thanks to AJ for the leadout even though he was the strongest guy out there last night. He should have jumped the group for the solo win. Owell lets just hope there is another chance for the W this year. It was incredibly hot and I am still hurting from HU and RMR so it took all I had to bridge to the break solo and just hang on until the end.
I got a couple days of recovery before the State Crit on Sunday. That should be really fast. I wonder if Sly will make it out again this year?
