In lighter news RMR was tough last night my legs were heavy and I went early for the preme and it took me 30 minutes to recover. DH was off the front with 2 other guys so we knew we had the race won. I took 6th and moved up to 5th in the points for the year. Looks like a hot windy one tonight at the DMV.
