in and out

2 hours in the morning including 1.5 on the spin bike during a spin class that I felt like an idiot as it was all women staring at me in the front row(iwas there about 30 minutes before the class started and didnt know there was a class) so I just played it cool and hammered for another hour. Then it was home to watch the kiddies. Once they get tired I lay them in their beds for a warm winters nap and out I go again for 2 more. I took my cross bike with knobbies to hopefully slow me down a bit in the cold. Ahh yeah did I say cold, it looked warm at 2pm but by 4pm it was getting dark and frigid. I even stopped and Grandma's house to dethaw and refuel on candy before I headed back. I am thinking I would rather be the jackass in spin class and warm then the jackass out riding his bike when its 28 degrees. Hmm thats a tough one.

It looks like Sly is having some good times in the SG. I am heading down next week when its 60 degrees instead of low 50's! Yaaaaaaaaaaaa

DH I got me a nice shiny 12 gauge if you need it! Rocco and Bella are always welcome in Ragtown. Come on ova to da west side, were a diverse bunch. Missed the ride today, hope to be there tomorrow.
