I think the blog thing is dead. Much like the few days I spent alone this past week in the Idaho mountains...I feel like I am talking to myself here. FYI Bungee cords are very good listeners...the orange ones anyway

I should also mention that I rode a 26" bike for the first time in years, in part inspired by your post, in part inspired by trying to keep up with the Cottles descending trails in Corner Canyon. You're right.
I believe, however, there's something to be said for matching wheel size to frame size, as what feels right to me probably would not feel right to JZ (wow, I'm being conciliatory--where did that come from?).

I did love Kabush's tweet about a touring bike finally winning a world cup XC race though. To each their own.
