The CX rails are shaking, its about that time. Mornings are crisp and cool, intervals are hard and frequent, the smell of Mastik One takes over the house. I get goosebumps just thinking about warming up for the first race on the trainer with that unique smell of my favorite embrocation in the air and stained into my hands.......
