Health and touring

Dont take your health for granted. I've been battling something since May that I cant get rid of. After several doctor office visits, a few persciption drugs and a CT Scan last week, its still a mystery. I took a few days off the bike and hopefully things are turning around. There isnt much time left until CX. Lots of long rides planned to possibly get ready for the PCP2P. Here is the big one

Day 1 Friday Aug 7th: SLC- Central Valley, Utah. Climb hidden gem Goshen canyon and sit under the shade trees in scenic Levan. Tent camping and good conversation with my uncle and friends 147 Miles
Day 2 Saturday Aug 8th: New Route for 2009 Central Valley to Cedar City. Big Rock Candy Mountain, Marysvale, and a possible dip in Panguitch Lake. This day could make or break the trip with a new route though Dixie National Forest near Brian Head. Staying the night in a warm hotel room with soft beds and a shower in Cedar City. 132 Miles
Day 3 Sunday Aug 9th: Continuing New Route for 2009 Cedar City to St George Utah. Descend our way through Dixie National Forest again as we pay respect to our fallen friends at the Mountain Meadow. 84.3 Miles
