I finally got out on my skate skis Tuesday. I am now over the soreness after 3 days and can think clearly about the experience. I had a lot of fun and can see how the sport can be very addicting once you get the technique dialed in. So with cross and skate skiing I think winter in the Wasatch is very manageable as long as we dont get the inversion too much. X-mas with the kids was great. Our 3 little girls are very spoiled and my wife and I didnt get them too much. Being the only Grand children on my side and the only girls on the other really helps keep the presents flowing. Not to mention how cute they are.
Yesterday I woke up to a good foot of snow to shovel, luckly I borrowed a blower but the dreaded lake effect brought in another 6 inches throughout the day. My back is feeling it.

Let me know if you want to borrow the Siberians. They will give you a good tow up millcreek. I think its called "Skijoring".
Where can I get myself a pair of radioactive wrist straps like yours?
