the bridesmaid

I got a good 3 hours in yesterday which included a ride to work, ride to the DMV crit, raced the crit had some decent legs to finish 2nd behind DH. I was off the front with Aaron from FFKR for a lot of the race and DH bridged and attacked solo with one to go. I took care of the rest on the final sprint. Then it was time to ride home. The legs are worked, hopefully I can recover by Saturday for the hollow
