Cross is evil

I cant ride my road bike anymore without getting ADD and starting to look for a dirt path or something to jump. Am I ruined? I hoped to get a good 3 hours in today but the motivation wasnt there and the legs felt like cement, and its a rest week. So I went home and chilled with the kids instead. This coming weekend MTB race in St. George should be interesting. No expectations for me. I am scheduled for a VO2 test on Tuesday...so I may be selling all my cycling stuff on Wednesday!! Check back for some amazing deals!!

Where are you doing the V02 test? I did one when I was a teenager and totally sucked. Since then I've been scared to try again...

I have never done any "official" testing like that, again, where does one go to do this?

TOSH at the old Cottonwood hospital. I know you can do it at the University also. I am a little scared!

You have a clone in that picture, No wonder you can come to SG 2 weekends in one month.

I witnessed my first vo2 max test at the gym Thursday....It was not pretty. My guess is that you will be suffering quite some time before you reach yours. Be ready and Goodluck.

After a long winter break I went for my first god ride last weekend and my legs felt like lead. I felt my better on the bike today. So don't let that one ride get you too down.

I'll be checking in to read about your VO2max test.

v02 doesnt mean anything. its based on weight so fast for a few days, get dehydrated and your score will be higher.

i watched one last week at the australian sports institute. i didnt want to see what i could do. i did one 5 years ago. scored 69, since its based on weight the lower you weigh the higher the score.

and of course the more watts you push the longer you can go.

see if you can make the last block around 375-400 watts before you blow
