Macie arrived yesterday at 5pm weighing in at 6 lbs 14 oz. She is doing well and has a very nice set of lungs and vocal chords. Mom is doing well after another fast delivery. We were at the hospital for only 2 hours before Macie was ready to hang out with her Dad. 2 hours of total sleep last night at the hospital so we are back to newborn sleeping hours!!
Mya is a little freaked out and Ellie is our new little Mommy helper. Looks like a nice week to take some time off the bicycle.

i dont get how you guys can raise kids, work full time and race bikes.

Great news ET. Give the whole family our best wishes. 3 is a big change. The parents are now out-numbered. 3 turned out to be our limit.

I kinda agree with Sly. I havent figured out how to have time to race and train with kids. I love kids and spending time with them, but that usually means less time on the bike. I am definitely not one of those guys that magically juggle it all, I struggle and get jealous of all those "fast dads".
