So lately I have been wondering how I am going to get out of the 9-5, go to work crap that I have been told I have to do until I am old and worthless. Not to mention the 5 years wasted at college for this mindless lifelong task and a piece of paper that sits in a box somewhere. With the help of my good pal Mike Simpson I have come up with a plan.
1- Summer of 08 sell the Magna Mansion (MM). I should have a good wad of cash left over
2- Buy a doublewide in St.George Utah. I could easily get into one of these gems for under 40k
3- Live off the interest of the remaining wad which would be about $350 month
4- Send my wife to work full time at the "cuttin corral".
5- I sit back, watch Oprah and ride my bike with Sly Fox all day long when the kids are off at school.
Brilliant!
Now I just got to talk my wife into the trailer........ From white trash to trailer trash here I come.
No RMR tonight for me. I am on the recovery train, lets just hope the blue train can manage without me, there star screw up...yeaaahhhhhh
