I got out for 1.5 during lunch and did some hill repeats at 350 watts. Good times. Lets just say that, coming down the hill, my sweat was frozen to my head and face. Rest day tomorrow, Race day warm up Friday in SG. Ass woopin on Saturday.
I had the pleasure of clearing the 4 inches of slush off my driveway yesterday. An hour later my back was hurtin, my shovel was broken and so was my spirit. I vowed never to shovel that beast again but of course I am sure I'll be out there tomorrow broken shovel in hand putting the hurt on my back. Stupid cement, come on spring help a brutha out. I am too cheap to buy a snowblower but I think its inevitable with my acre of cement.
