keep rollin

One day at a time. I am near the end of my longest week of training and I am feeling it right now. The weight lifting is done as of last night. I am pretty happy about that. There is nothing worse for feeling good on a bike then pumpin iron, so the legs should start to get that feeling back. I pounded out 3 hours Wednesday with a few guys and girls from the team . AJ was killin us up Emigration like usual but I had the self control to keep the watts in check until the final push up little mountain. It looks like 8 hours indoors this weekend inside unless I can get out on the mountain bike. AJ and I were thinking about doing a trip to Delle or shoreline if and when the snow stops.

This weeks has been hectic trying to train and get team bikes built and ready to go. I owe the Team Rico mechanics http://teamrico.blogspot.com/2006/05/official-mechanics.html a huge thanks for all their help. They know how to build a 15 lb Carbon rocket like no other. Thanks ephbalm and KWood! We should have the last 2 done today. Only 35 days until VOS.
