fittin

Step-O got me set straight last night. To my happy surprise I have been very close to were I need to be on the bike thanks to my old pal AJ, who I think is the know it all of the cycling world. I did get to ride the 07 bike for the first time on the trainer while being poked and prodded and the bike feels tight! I am getting excited for the upcoming year, now if I could just sit on DH's wheel for half of his hours I would be ready. The new ride weighed in at under 15lbs. And thats without drilling out the Carbon crank arms.... I am also doing some updating of the TT bike which I should finish this weekend. New bars, brakes, longer cranks and a new rear disk should shave a good 1/2 second of that Salt Air time!

The energy drink testing has slowed down a bit since I am trying to get serious about losing the lbs, so now I am hitting the diet variety lately. I just cracked a can of the Red Bull in the new, larger, 12 oz size. Red Bull 30 is gonna last a little longer nowdays. Red Bull Sugar Free is by far the best diet caffiene/taurine/Vitamin B high I have tasted. I will dig through the Sev's cooler and see if I can get some contenders to mix it up with the champ.

It looks like long hours this weekend in the sun, I think we should start the ride from Chrispys place in PC. Who's with me?
