My knee is still hurtin me. I have taken 2 days off training and I am going crazy. Its getting better but I hate waiting to heal. I feel like I am losing valuable training. I always say you win races in the winter, so to have a setback is tough. I guess its better to fix it now then have it hurt me all season. I am guessing its just overuse from running, lifting and longer hours on the bike.
Time to ice
