So I get up Saturday morning its sunny 70 degrees, I grab the new road bike for its maiden voyage, I cant wait I got the bars wrapped and the bottle cages on last night, its lookin like an epic 4 hour ride in the sun. Then I wake from my daydream as I about fall off the rollers doing 25mph! 30 minutes on the rollers on the new Tarmac SL then 2.5 more on the IC (indoor Cycleops). I did a good hour this morning and will finish off the day later tonight with 2 more when the girls take a nap. I lost motivation this morning when the girls wanted to hang out with their Daddy.
Back to shoveling snow off my freakin footbal field of a driveway....................
