DONE

Cross race was sweet! I lined up with all the fast guys again, but his time actually tried to have a fast start. Ali started talking to me about last weeks race which I wasnt at so I knew he thought I was Chrispy. When I signed in they marked me down as Chrispy. I wish I could ride as hard and fast as that guy. I guess we look alike. Anyway first lap the field was ripped apart. There was some off-camber dirt/gravel on the back side that was fairly tricky but I knew the good line and moved up a bit. I didnt feel great until about 30 minutes in then I turned it on. Passed 3 guys then worked my way up and got 2 more in a sprint finish. Come on, a sprint finish at RMR, I got that no problem. Finished in the top ten which is what I wanted before I bow out of the racing scene for a few months. I didnt feel too bad but I know I am not even close to 100% right now so despite how fun cross is.....I'm Done

2-3 weeks off the bike, it actually sounds really nice right now but I know I will get the itch this weekend if the weather is nice. I am sure I will throw in a ride here and there. I am about done with my home project. I threw on my plumbers hat yesterday and started getting all that stuff finished up. I should be done this week. Just in time to start some school. Yup heading back to learn all about the real estate world and get my license.

Halloween is great especially with younger kids because they go out and get all the candy and I get to eat all the good stuff and they have no clue. I have the best Napoleon Dynomite and Pedro in the world. I will post some pics later this week. Our little Pedro stole the show this last Saturday and a big friendly bash. Everyone thought she was a boy. I know she will hate us for it later but its all good now. Bring on that candy!
