Yup just got the news that my request to upgrade to a 2 got denied. I guess I will sandbag in the 3's the rest of my life. What a crock of shit! There are guys getting there upgrades that suck ass but they cant let a guy like myself squeek in because I dont pack my ass down the California or Arizona to take 50th in a stupid stage race. Utah road racing sucks! I am all fired up going to the UCA party tonight, I will have to get my voice heard. Grrrrrrr
Cross race was great this morning. Full on Euro style mud bog. I will have to post some pictures later.
Its gonna be great kickin ass in the 3's again next year!! Whoo hooooooo
USA Cycling Response from Dirk Cowley: Please refer to the upgrade requirements most of these events do not meet fieldsizes to count towards upgrade points or distance. Also I would suggest somelarge out of state races.
