RMRCU

Went to RMRCU(Rocky Mtn Raceway Crit University) last night. Every weekly crit is a great learning experience for me. I have learned more about racing in the 2 months with the A's then I have my whole life racing. Last night was no exception. We have 5 of of 10 guys in the break and didnt get the W. But hey I am just a slow Cat 3 trying to fit in with all the Cat 1's. We should have went to the front and destroyed the group but there were some pretty tough guys with us as I came to find out on the last lap. I attacked Sandy on the drag to catch up to 3 that got ahead, Sandy countered and that was the move. AJ gave it all he could for half a lap to get me back in there but I was all alone from the corner and rode my hardest to catch Sandy but that wasnt going to happen. Sleevie inched past me to take 2nd. DH and Chrispy(our 2 strongest guys) stopped because DH flatted, Chrispy gave him his wheel but it was too late. I think the results would have been in our favor with those 2 in there in the final lap. Sly was there to make things interesting from the gun. I could see it in his eyes on the line so I wasnt surprised when he hit full gas from the go. I am still figuring out who everyone is and who is strong that you cant let go. You can let me go...........
