CX Glory Recipe

So after 2 failed attempts at US Cyclocross greatness..aka not a pro guy master class supremacy. I think I have the winning recipe pretty close to perfection.

- 5 Pounds intense Lactate Threshold training
- 10 to 14 tablespoons of racing experience (I added a couple extra tablespoons here)
- 2 to 5 tablespoons of BIG race experience (I missed this one this year) Its an expensive ingredient good luck finding it around these parts
- 2 cups of Special cyclocross racing bicycles
- at least 4 cups of tubular wheels (have extra on hand for variety)
- 4 cups tubular tires of your choice (Dugast or next year Specialized)
- 1 teaspoon front row start
- sprinkle in a great warmup and a touch of luck on race day (also missed this key step)

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 30-45 degrees preferably in rain

Unfortunately it is unknown when I will be able to use this recipe again. I'll keep it tucked away in a safe place. Who knows I may need it in 15 years!
