Skate ski's werent my thing. Too much like a road racing type of scene, people everywhere. Backcountry exploration is more my style. There are endless trails you can hike and or snowshoe in the winter. Many I have never been on in the summer. Today was the desolation trail no 19 in Millcreek. I headed up Thaynes Canyon solo. Fun times coming down in untouched power just off the main trail. I have hopes that all the climbing will help me on the Mountain bike.
