UTCX 7

My legs felt bad but I was going fast. I was able to bridge up to Bart and Ali and roll with them for a while. Ali took a turn to tight and his bike attempted to spear me. My many years of ninja training finally paid off because I was able to avoid the carnage, but that left me with another gap to Bart. I closed it and went to the front and did a pull down the back side hoping that Bart would let me sit for a bit if I did some work. I was wrong, once the glue (Ali) was gone so was Bart. I managed to hold on to second. A good day!

Today was the second annual Cutthroat Cross and was a lot of fun. My day started at 8 with course set up, by the time it was race time, I was totally worked. I just had to race my course so I suited up and pretended to race. I was hangin with Bo and Art for a while until I felt like I was just getting in the way, not to mention scaring them as I hopped the barriers touching my back tire a couple times. Fun euro style west side grass CX fun. Now its time for some rest...I've got a title to defend in a couple weeks!!
