8 Days

My A.D.D. is really giving me trouble the last few weeks so the start of the cross season will really do wonders for my well being. 8 days is all that is left until its go time. I am nowhere near ready but I'm definetly willing. Maybe one day in my wise old age I can figure out how my body works and how it likes to be trained to go hard for 60 minutes....one day

Back to A.D.D, does anyone else get tired of the daily grind? I feel like I'm in a serious groundhog day sometimes. Wake up to alarm, ride to work, eat lunch, ride home, hang with family, get kids ready for bed, set alarm and do it again. Not complaining but..Maybe I need a dog or a fish? Sly you got some plants I can take care of for ya?

I was seriously caught up in the same cycle for awhile there. I mean, I still am. Your day looks spot on like mine except subsituting the commute with a car, and riding at lunch. I found something new to be excited about and that has made all the difference. I suspect the cross season will bring you out of the fog.

I work from home and still get that way sometimes. I blame it on bad weather.

I was like that when I lived in the inversion, it was below freezing temps for 5 months and it was not nice to take the kids outside. However, I am no more.
