I rode my Cross bike from Wasatch Blvd up Millcreek road, then took the trail up to Dog Lake, came back down halfway and rode to the PC overlook via GW. I was shreddin the trail with the 32c tires and fully rigid. Good times! Met up with K Wilde who is on fire just in time for cross so look out B's!
The Tri training is seriously kicking my ass, well my legs too. Running is very very hard on your body so I hurt and in turn, ride my bike slow. I have a trail run in the AM but I'm thinking sleep might be a better alternative. You thought I was slow on the bike....you should see me run
I saw Dave Z at the Barbacoa the other day....I need to lose some weight. The fastest man on a bike on this planet has about 25 less than me.

First of all, nobody knows how ugly I am with a shaved head.
Secondly, the deal was that I would keep it shaved for 1 year and on top of that I have reason to beleive that I still wouldn't have gotten that frame! (mainly that Kenton is a slippery snake and kept changing the terms every 5 min.)
