Will these make me run faster?

I certainly hope so, I layed down $100 for these bad boys plus some insoles. I havent worn shoes that cost this much since I had to have Air Jordans back in Elementary school.

I did the whole biomechanical run test thing at the SL Running Company, not too impressed but I guess its better than nothing. Now I just have to run. For all of you runners out there its time for some fartlek.

I think I came to a conclusion last night after doing the TT and finished a mediocre time and spot. I need to stop chasing silly points and go enjoy my mtn bike more. The trails will soon be covered in snow and I'll be bitchin about it so I gotta ease of the weekly crit series and go enjoy the 1 track. So what if my plate next year is a number 3 or a number 10, big deal.

E50 in 8 days!

Only if you run with your gold leotard tri suit.
Actually I know a way to make those shoes faster. But why would I tell you, I need every advantage i can get to beat you!!

Get rid of them laces and add some "Yanks"!!

No, get the ones with the big springs on the bottom of the heals, I like those because you can do moon-man strides and cover like 12 feet per stride...they also carry two distinct advantages for me... they add about 4 inches of height so I break the 5 ft plateau and they are a conversation piece for my senior lady friends...
