One track, One deerOne Good day in the MC (Day 4) rippin the UH on the singlespeed. I guess a lot of folks are afraid of a little wind so RMR was cancelled and nobody was up the Canyon. Good time to hit the trails. Looks like a recovery day today which is nice because the first ride on the single always puts the deep hurt on the triceps, lower back and legs. Unless of course the sun comes out then its DMV.

Race the one speed for state champs and help make it a huge field. Ali G and Fox are claiming it, so join them in the mayhem. You will do better than you think.
