I have done the Sugarhouse crit for a couple years now and every year I stick around and watch the 1/2 race and always thought it would be really cool if I could race with them one day. I got my chance on Saturday. It wasnt as cool as I imagined but it was pretty sweet to line up with the best and hang on for 75 minutes. Our team wasnt on the same page and ended up in a bad situation again. I guess thats racing. I just wish I had the WATTS to help more. The watts will come in due time I hope. Damn rookie
I ran into a Fox on the trail today he was limping along with only one pedal functioning but still tearing up the DH in the big ring. AJ and I did 3 hours up Millcreek (Day 5). The storm last week really made a mess of the trails so I would wait a few days to hit the GW. Huge trees down and lots of water.
Lots of water makes mud and fun
