You gotta blog on the Fri

Especially when the sun just came out while rollin it easy on the lunch ride. Got back ate some free pizza and only 2 more hours till the bell rings. My legs are still worked after my first message experience. It was an interesting experience to say the least. I went in Wednesday night not knowing really what to expect. 20 minutes later I'm in my birthday outfit with a stranger oil-ing me up and rubbing me down. I was a little nervous, growing up in a very conservative middle class mormon home you dont experience too many of lifes little luxuries that some do. An hour and a half later my legs felt like I had been trying to sit on DH and AJ's wheel for 4 hours. I am hoping it will help the muscles recover. So far it has just made them sore.

The road racing season soon kicks off with Hell of the North, just around the corner. We rode out there last week during lunch and the dirt section has been worked on a little. Less potholes, more gravel. Lets just all hope for a little better weather than last years rain turning to snow hypothermia contest. It will be my first experience with the 1/2 crowd and a definite wake up call. Good thing I have the best team to help me out. This year will be a huge learning year for me, I can only hope to soak it all in.

RMR tomorrow and the weather looks good again. DH is going for the hat trick
