as the wheels turn

I got out at lunch today for the weekly Tuesday sprint day although I didnt do too much of the sort. I was hoping for an casual tempo ride, that is until DH showed, then I was persuaded to go a LOT harder. DH and I got off the front coming back and I am sitting in his draft and look down at the power meter and I am doing 400 watts just trying to stay on. Is this guy really human? My legs started feeling better after 30 minutes of turnin the cranks over. They havent felt to good since the punishment that was the Desert Rampage 2 weeks ago. Just in time to get another punishment this Saturday at RMR. I am sure there will be a huge turnout as the weather looks amazing. I hope to spend most of the race up front out of trouble and get DH to the line first. The 07 season is finally upon us. Yeeahhhhh! Bring it
