tubies

I got a fresh shipment of Tufo rubber yesterday and mounted a pair of the Hi-C Carbon's on my Ksyrium SL's last night. If you have ever used the Tufo tape you know how easy it is. I did mine while chasing 2 rowdy girls around the house. Threw in some sealant, air em up to 160 psi and they are good to go. I rode them this morning on the rollers. Tubulars are the shit! Even on rollers I can tell the difference. I cant wait to get them out on the road. I have the S3 Lites to mount on my Carbon wheels and I am ready for action. FYI Reynolds Mid V rims, Roval hubs and Tufo tubies make for a very light wheel. I use them when I have to haul my junk in the trunk uphill.

It looks like a cold weekend but the haze has lifted for a change. I wont ride in that crap. It does more harm then good especially when I have my trainer just waitin for me at 65 degrees. Little Mya has to get her tonsils out tomorrow so I am not sure how much riding I will get in. Poor thing doesnt even know what's gonna go on tomorrow. She is having trouble breathing while she sleeps and the doc says her tonsils are very large for her age so out they and her adnoids go. I had the same thing done to me at about the same age. I hope thats all she gets from me.......
