I have been fighting soreness in my right knee all week. This being my longest hour week on the bike, it kinda sucks. As soon as I get it feeling better I gotta go hammer for 3 hours. Next week is a lower hour week so I should be able to let it heal up. Am I getting old? When did I get old? I must have missed it, but I look at the stats and I am old. Kids, house, full time job, I dont wear my little sisters pants, etc. When your 16 and you think old, you think 28 and thats me. Bring on the grey hair. I hope all you thirtysomethings out there that can kick my A on a bike arent offended, but your old!
Little sisters pants.....what is it with kids these days. As I was out on my ride yesterday I rode past some high school age kids and my hell, you cant tell the girls from the boys. Boys wearing tight girl pants and have long hair. I'm getting old.
We took the kids downtown last night to check out the lights, I think they enjoyed riding the train more than the lights but it was a great night to be out, being well above freezing.
Hey its Friday, the weekend is upon us and is packed full with X-mas parties, indoor cycling, and watching movies.

Yeah man, right knees suck. Each time mine starts feeling better and I start to get optomistic something happens (don't ask me what) and I wake up one morning and it hurts again. Of course, I'm 5 years older than you so I guess it's to be expected at this age... :)
I thought your knee was sore because of Saturday's event?
Riding the trainer makes you old, Ride the MTB in the snow to release the youth within.
cheers
thank you wise Jedi
