Yeah we were rockin last night in Ragtown, good thing most of the town lives on wheels! I admit I though we were all gonna die for about 3 seconds then I was pretty amped up.
Speaking of Amp, the energy drink gets a 6*, not the best. I have been trying the diet drinks this week so I dont add to my winter miles by packing on the lbs. Full Throttle Sugar Free 7* aint to bad niether is Rockstar Diet 8*. Looks like some sweet weather for the base miles the next few days. Maybe I can get a 20 hour week in like DH!
Would anyone really care if I stop adding to this blog?

Wow two peeps, one of which is my little sis............thanks guys and girls. By the way the lunch ride is open to anybody out there that wants to breath hard for 50 minutes starting at 12:05 1137s 3800w come on over, its how I learned to ride my road bike....if that saying much!
