I still got the lunch ride

Yup, its like clockwork and junk food, its always there if I need it or not. The Specialized lunch ride.We race year round. Who needs the RMR? A good 45 minute hammer fest to see how many guys you can drop, great fun! Today was chill-E. I had the full on winter jacket, booties and skull cap. I am known as a sissy when the mercury drops and I will admit it, I dont like to be cold. I usually overdress and end up overheating like my new car(another story). Today was no exception. 40 degrees, a hard fast pace holding 30mph for as long as I can. The legs are trashed even after 3 days off the bike. Even thought the three days have been filled with some blue collar pro bono work, so I am not to worried. I gotta save something for this weekend. 4 days of riding in Sunny St. George, the ol stompin grounds. I cant wait it should be a nice break from this hectic big city lifestyle...

Cross practice tomorrow 5pm Sugarhouse. I hope I have better luck keeping the bike upright this time and staying out of the ER. FYI the wound is healing up nicely
