I received the loot for the cross bike yesterday. SRAM 10speed Rival and some new chainrings because I cant push that 53 big ring like Sly. So a 38/48 will have to do.
RMR went alright last night. It ended in a field sprint with my team working for me....yeah me, silly team. I screwed the pooch on the sprint and ended up 5th. I could have won the thing but I went a little late and got sqeezed into the gaurd rail for a split second. I hope that wont be my last chance for the big W. DH is super cool at making the whole thing a good learning experience which I really do need. I am the 1st year rookie out there trying to mix it up with the veterans.
I think a night ride is actually going to happen this week. I have waiting all year to get in a ride under the stars.
