Killin it

I had been looking forward to the Thursday TT for 2 weeks as the clouds and rain rolled in yesterday. I was bummed thinking my chance to destroy my last weeks time would pass. I loaded up the bike and headed out there anyway just to make sure. Once out there the rain stopped but the road was still wet from the last downpour. The race went on after a good 15 minute warmup(not enough). We had a headwind going out so my time to the turnaround was very slow so I figured my chance to beat my time was gone. As I made the turn to head back I got the wind at my back and kept it at 36 mph most of the way back. I beat my last time by 17 seconds coming in at 14:33. I checked the times before I left and I had the fastest time of the night. My first W with the A's in a unexpected way. That time will give me a good way to judge my fitness next year. I guess it was good no fast guys showed up!!
