If you look at this picture and you dont want to ride your bike on this road, your not a cyclist! This is towards the top of Butterfield Canyon on the west side. Just 2 minutes before this picture I was trying not to fall off the bike when the hill hit 17%, yeah 17%. 2600 ft in 6 miles= Butterfield. From the house in RagTown its 30 miles and 4200 ft of climbing to the top. Its a great ride if your ever out west with us po folk.The final RMR went well yesterday. DH took the win with Crispy and myself keeping the pace high. DH and AJ destroyed the DMV tonight also with AJ taking the win. The season is over...................and I am not sick of racing yet......weird. I guees its cross racing for me Friday night under the lights, cant wait.
I wonder if I will run into prime time fat pockets today.....

That climb looks nice as I sit in my hotel room in dead-flat Iowa. Can't wait to race the cross bike Friday. After 4 days of over-eating and hotels, I should be flying!
