Royal Street

I took the day off today and spent some time with the rascals. I love them little humans. If you dont have kids you should find a sweet honey and get busy, they are just amazing. They give this life thing some purpose. I decided to just do the Royal Street Hillclimb in Deer Valley tonight rather than doing that and a night ride. I needed to be home with the kids. I felt good climbing this hill. This being my first time up, I took a wrong turn at the top and surely lost some time. So I did it again and got a much better time. I had a lot of fun suffering up that hill and think I can get my time under 15 minutes next time around which isnt too bad for a 170 lb sprinter. I think I ended up 2nd which should help me out with the points in the UCA series. I hope the White Dove doesnt get eaten by the Millcreek boogeyman tonight!
